Curso de formación: Skills for life via entrepreneurship 27.06-03.07.2022 Neu NagelbergDurante 1 semana en un pequeño pueblo en la frontera de Austria y Chequia, Neu Nagelberg, junto con participantes de otros 5 países, hemos asistido a un curso de formación para trabajar sobre nuestras ideas, creatividad y herramientas disponibles para el desarrollo personal y profesional. Aprovechando diferentes tipos de talleres y tareas hemos discutido, practicado y desarrollado las habilidades como creatividad, flexibilidad, negociación, liderazgo y trabajo en equipo. Preparamos varios videos y presentaciones y aprendemos cuales son las características imprescindibles para ser un emprendedor exitoso y meditamos sobre nuestros mismos. Aparte de trabajar, tuvimos la oportunidad de aprender sobre otras culturas, intercambiar las experiencias, costumbres y comida y explorar el pueblo y la naturaleza alrededor. Hemos visitado la fabrica de vidrio, paseado por el maravilloso bosque austriaco y nadado en bonito y refrescante lago checo. En conclusión este proyecto ha sido tanto productivo como divertido. Aprendimos, compartimos, exploramos y lo pasamos bien haciendo las amistades que ojalá sobrevivan la prueba del tiempo. El proyecto fue financiado por el programa Erazmus+.______________________________________English During 1 week in a village on the boarder of Austria and Check republic, Neu Nagelberg, with participants from other 5 countries, we have participated in a training course to work on our ideas, creativity and available tools for personal and professional development. Thanks to different types of workshops and tasks, we talked, practiced and developed skills like creative thinking, flexibility, negotiation, leadership and team work. We prepared various videos and presentation, we learned about the essential skills of successful entrepreneurs and thought about ours own. Except for the working part we had an opportunity to learn about other cultures, exchange our experiences, customs and food, and explore the village as well as the surrounding us nature. We visited the nearby glass factory, walked through an amazing Austrian forest and swam in the beautiful Check lake. To sum up, this project was productive as well as entertaining. We´ve learned, sheared, explored and had fun making friendships that hopefully will stand the test of time. The project was financed by the Erazmus+ program. #acdlahoya#SkillsForLife
