10 Dic THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU TRASH
This week 3 participants took part in the training course of the project “Think Twice Before You Trash” organized by Erasmus + in Wroclaw (Poland).
The project began on Monday, December 5, 7 associations from different countries participated: Turkey, Poland, Spain, Holland, Belgium and Italy. 3 Participants went on behalf of ACD La Hoya. We begin by presenting each group to our association and explaining the steps to follow in our country to create a company and what types of aid and facilities are available in our country for its creation.
On the second day, Tuesday, December 6, we were given a training by the Polish team on how to create a logo for the company and then we formed working groups to create our own logo to form a sustainable company that promotes recycling.
On the third day, Wednesday December 7th, we first visited a professional training school in Poland and then we went to a Jewish school and both showed us their philosophy and way of working. In the first one, the students gave us a “polka” show, which is the typical dance in Poland.
On Thursday, December 8, we first visited the Panato Company, which is a company based on recycling and sustainable development, and then we went to a Cafeteria called Rownik where the workers combined their workday with therapy and all had some type of mental disability: Down Syndrome, Asperger… These workers worked few hours as part of their therapy to develop their social skills.
Friday, December 9, was the closure of the project and the delivery of diplomas.
It has been a very good experience, both for the intercultural relationship and for the relevance of the issues we have dealt with in the project
Esta semana 3 participantes han formado parte del curso de formacion del proyecto “Think Twice Before You Trash” organizado por Erasmus +.
El proyecto comenzó el lunes 5 de Diciembre en Wroclaw (Polonia), participamos 7 asociaciones de diferentes países: Turquía, Polonia, España, Holanda, Bélgica e Italia. 3 participantes fueron en representación de ACD La Hoya. Comenzamos presentando cada grupo a nuestra asociación y exponiendo los pasos a seguir en nuestro país para crear una empresa y qué tipos de ayudas y facilidades hay disponibles en nuestro país para su creación.
El segundo día, martes 6 de diciembre, nos dieron una formación el equipo de Polonia sobre cómo crear un logo para la empresa y después formamos grupos de trabajo para crear nuestro propio logo para formar una empresa sostenible que fomente el reciclaje.
El tercer día, miércoles 7 de diciembre, hicimos primero una visita a una escuela de formación profesional de Polonia y después fuimos a una escuela judía y ambas nos mostraron su filosofía y forma de trabajo. En la primera de ellas nos hicieron un espectáculo de “polka” los estudiantes, que es el baile típico de Polonia.
El jueves, 8 de Diciembre, visitamos primero Panato Company que es una empresa basada en el reciclaje y en el desarrollo sostenible y después fuimos a una Cafetería llamada Rownik donde los trabajadores compaginaban su jornada laboral con terapia y todos tenían algún tipo de discapacidad mental: Síndrome de Down, Asperger… Estos trabajadores trabajaban pocas horas como parte de su terapia para desarrollar sus habilidades sociales.
El viernes, 9 de Diciembre, fue la clausura del proyecto y la entrega de diplomas.
Ha sido una muy buena experiencia, tanto por la relación intercultural como por la relevancia de los temas que hemos tratado en el proyecto.
