Proyecto KA227, Asociaciones estratégicas en el ámbito de la juventud para la Creatividad, intercambio de buenas practicas, donde el ACD LA HOYA es socio, con los siguientes objetivos:

Tiene por objeto intercambiar buenas prácticas entre los asociados y capacitar a los trabajadores de la juventud para que apoyen, motiven y atiendan mejor las necesidades de las ENE, a saber: la necesidad de romper el ciclo de aislamiento/exclusión social; la falta de motivación para convertirse en un empresario activo; la falta de conciencia de sus pasiones/talentos e, incluso, la baja autoestima y la falta de competencias clave que se requieren para tomar la iniciativa de crear su propio negocio

It aims to exchange good practices among partners and to empower youth workers to better support, motivate and address the needs of NEETs, namely: the need to break the cycle of social isolation/exclusion; the lack of motivation to become an active entrepreneur; the lack of awareness of their passions/talents and even the low self-esteem and lack of key competences required to take the initiative to start their own business
